天然气中有机硫化合物脱除工艺评述

摘    要:天然气中有机硫化合物脱除技术的研发和选择是川东北地区高含硫气田开发的关键技术之一。为此, 综合了分析国内外天然气中有机硫化合物脱除工艺技术。目前已开发出的多种类型工艺中, 应用最为广泛的是以Sufinol法为代表的物理/化学混合溶剂吸收法。中国石油西南油气田公司天然气研究院最近也针对罗家寨、渡口河等高含硫气田所产天然气中同时含有一定量有机硫化合物的情况,开发成功了一种新型物理/化学混合溶剂(CT8 20)。提出原料气中有机硫含量不太高且又以COS为主时,可以采用混合胺溶剂;结合脱除有机硫的要求,高含硫天然气净化工艺流程也有很多改进,其中最重要的是组合/串级流程;建议西南油气田公司加紧开发相关有机硫脱除工艺技术,包括在还原-吸收法尾气处理工艺中应用物理/化学混合溶剂进行选吸脱硫的技术, 探索适用于脱除原料气中有机硫的空间位阻胺、与天然气中有机硫水解(转化)有关的催化剂研制、应用于物理/化学混合溶剂脱硫(及有机硫化合物)的新型物理溶剂。

Abstract:To make an effort to study on desulfurization technology and to make a decision on the proper method are both essential for developing high sulfur gas fields in Northeast Sichuan Basin. This paper had a panoramic view on all kinds of organic desulfurization technology in the world, and referred to the Sufinol Method, most widely used at present, in which a kind of physical/chemical blending solvent was adopted as absorption. This paper also introduced a brand new type of blending solvent, CT8 20, successfully discovered by the Natural Gas Research Institute while dealing with the produced gas from such high sulfur gas fields like Luojiazhai and Dukouhe. MDEA+DEA may be considered to use if feed gas has not high content of organic sulfide, COS as its largest component. The integration/cascade process should be encouraged to be used in the natural gas purification plants. Summing up many successful experiences in some countries, this paper suggests that such those points should be concerned in the further studies on this technology as follows: (1) How to choose physical/chemical blending solvent for desulfurization technology in SCOT process; (2) How steric hindered amine will be used in desulfurization; (3) How well the catalyst will be used related to the transforming (hydrolization) organic sulfide of natural gas; (4) How to have a better understanding on some new types of physical solvents during applying MDEA+DEA solvents for desulfurization.
