| 摘 要： | 建立高效液相色谱法同时测定血浆、结石中三聚氰胺、三聚氰酸和尿酸的检测方法。样品经超声提取、离心等前处理后,采用C_(18)色谱柱进行分离,紫外检测测定,外标法定量。本法简便、定量准确、精密度高、回收率理想。

| Abstract: | High performance liquid chromatographic method(HPLC) have been developed for the simultaneous determination of Melamine,Cyanic Acid and Uric Acid in blood and urinary calculi.In this procedure,melamine, cyanic acid and uric acid are extracted from blood with acetonitrile-water extraction solution (v:v=2:1) and from ultrasound with water,followed by ultrasound for 30min and centrifugation for 15min.The extraction from blood need to be dryed and redissolved in water.The analytes are separated by HPLC using a C18 column.The method is simple and accurate for the simultaneous determination of these three compounds.It has high relative standard deviation (RSD) and perfect coefficient of recovery. |
