| 摘 要： | 概述了炼油厂酸性水汽提装置除油器系统的组成、工作原理和冲洗流程。从原油品种、水质变化、过滤材质及设备自身缺陷等方面,分析了除油器系统除油效果不佳的原因。针对存在的问题,对除油器系统进行了技术改造。通过技术改造,不仅提高了装置运行的稳定性,而且降低了能耗。 |

| Abstract: | It is introduced that the structure, working principle and washing process of the oil remover in steam stripping system for acid wastewater. The unsatisfactory effect in the oil removal is resulted from the components of crude oil, change of water quality, filtration material and defects in the equipment. Based on the problems the remover is improved; the system not only operation stability is risen but also the energy consumptiondecreased fwith the improvement. |
