| 摘 要： | 随着经济的高速发展，我国高校在办学模式、管理体制等方面不断地尝试着改革。形成了高校多校区办学的新格局。在新形势下必然出现新的问题，特别是运行成本提高，成为高校发展的瓶颈，如何降低运行成本成为很多高校多校区办学中的一个难题。从高校多校区办学中的运行成本出发，分析存在的问题，提出建议。

| Abstract: | With rapid development of economy, various reforms have happened in the school-running patterns, management system, etc. and a new situation of multi-campus school running has formed. In the new situation, new problems emerge, including high cost of operation, which becomes the bottleneck of university development. It is a difficulty problem how to reduce the operation costs for colleges and universities with multi-campuses. This paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward suggestions in terms of operation costs. |
