涉外钻井生产经营管理网络系统开发与研究

本文介绍一个涉外钻井生产经营管理网络系统的总体框架、数据环境以及系统模式和功能。该系统应用局域网、企业网和互联网实现地处国外的作业队、基地、项目部与地处国内的总部多级子系统之间数据共享。作业队级子系统通过井场局域网采集、管理实时、静态和动态钻井数据，根据用户不同工作角色的访问控制（RBAC），实现作业队人员、钻井、钻井液、固井、HSE、设备和材料的管理，对钻井作业实现实时决策分析。
