琼脂糖-透明质酸共聚物作为胰岛素载体

摘    要:本文主要研究了一种新型的多肽药物载体材料的制备方法及其释药特征。首先氧化降解成小分子量、低凝胶温度的琼脂糖,用环氧氯丙烷活化后,与透明质酸共混接枝制备成琼脂糖-透明质酸共聚物,再用该共聚物包载胰岛素,并观察所形成微粒的形态及其释药行为。红外光谱及元素分析结果显示成功制备了琼脂糖接枝透明质酸共聚物;释药实验表明包载的胰岛素有缓释行为。因此,琼脂糖接枝透明质酸有望成为胰岛素的缓释载体。

Abstract:The aim of the study is to explore a new material of peptide drug carrier.First,agarose was depolymerized by hydrogen peroxide to attain agarose with low molecular weight and gel temperature.After the agarose was activated by epichlorohydrin and grafted with hyaluronan,insulin was encapsulated in the grafted copolymer.The profiles of the microparticles were observed and the release behavior was also studied.FT-IR and Element Analysis demonstrate that graft copolymerization of hyaluronan onto agarose can be ...
