摘    要:为解决区域保护与控制系统分布式业务的对等通信业务需求,实现变电站间保护控制业务的一发多收机制,同时方便在现有的电力系统传输网上实现,提出了基于SDH的Eo S板卡实现对等通信的解决方案。目前传输网技术正加快向IP化方向发展,为紧跟未来IP化的发展趋势,PTN设备将可能成为下一代电力系统传输网的骨干组网设备,研究了基于PTN传输设备实现站间对等通信的解决方案。从而在区域保护与控制系统业务需求和通信技术发展的双重前提下,实现业务与技术的高度融合,彻底解决对等通信的网络拓扑问题。

Abstract:In order to solve the peer-to-peer communication requirements of regional protection and control system distributed business, implement a multiple receiving mechanism of the substation protection and control operations, and at the same time to facilitate the online realization of the power system transmission, this paper proposes a solution for SDH EoS cards based on peer to peer communication. The current transmission network technology is speeding up to IP direction, to keep up with the development trend of the future IP, PTN devices will possibly become the backbone network equipments in power transmission network of the next generation. The solution scheme to realize peer to peer communications between stations based on PTN transmission equipment is researched. Thus in the double premise of the needs of regional protection and control system business and the development of communication technology, a high degree of integration of business and technology will be achieved, completely solving the problem of peer-to-peer communication network topology.
