山茶油冷冻脱脂工艺的研究

摘    要:未脱脂山茶油在冬季气温较低时出现混浊现象,影响产品的外在质量.根据食用油新的国家标准,研究了山茶油的储藏特性,分析了影响冷冻脱脂效果的因素,确定了山茶油冷冻脱脂的工艺与设备,并对工艺参数、设备选择、生产操作作了说明.

Abstract:Tea seed oil has the turbid phenomenon when the temperature gets lower in winter. According to the new national standard of edible oil,the storage characteristic of the tea seed oil was studied,the factors that influencing the refrigeration defatting effect was analyzed.The technology and equipment of defatting tea seed oil by refrigeration were determined, and the technology parameter, equipment choice and production operation were described.
