| 摘 要： | 涤棉迷彩面料采用分散／还原两相法印花工艺，色彩亮丽，色牢度好，产品档次高。文中概述了快速还原蒸化、轧还原剂以及圆网印还原剂三种不同的印花工艺及生产注意事项，并对它们进行了比较分析，最终确定快速还原蒸化工艺，并给出具体工艺条件。

| Abstract: | At present, two phases printing with disperse/vat dyes is the most important and excellent method in printing process of polyester/cotton camouflage fabric. Based on practical application, the paper covers three different printing processes including rapid reducing steaming, padding reducing agent and rotary printing reductant, and analyzed and compared with them. The rapid reducing steaming is defined excellent process. |
