摘    要:柔轮的疲劳断裂是谐波齿轮传动的主要失效形式,合理选择柔轮的结构参数是解决柔轮强度与结构紧凑这一矛盾的有效途径。本文在分析现有柔轮强度研究方法的基础上,提出了基于接触问题的有限元法,建立了柔轮与波发生器接触的数值分析模型。通过分析得到了柔轮应力的分布状况,分析结果与相关理论结果一致。研究表明:柔轮壳体上的最大应力出现在齿圈与波发生器的接触部位,齿圈处沿圆周方向应力呈对称分布,在长轴和短轴处较大;此外柔轮底部的应力也较大。在此基础上,结合理论分析合理改变柔轮的结构参数,分析了柔轮结构参数对应力的影响,得到一组使得柔轮强度高、质量轻的结构参数。

Abstract:Choosing the structural parameters of a flexspline in a reasonable way is an effective method for solving the contradiction between its intensity and structural compactness.Therefore,we propose a contact-based finite element method and establish the numerical analysis model for the flexspline′s contact with a wave generator.The analysis produces the distribution of the stress of the flexspline.The analysis results show that the maximum stress occurs at the region where the tooth rim contacts the wave generator,and the stress distributes symmetrically in the circle direction and is larger at the intersection of long axis and short axis and at the bottom of the flexspline.For these reasons,we modify its structural parameters,analyze their impact on stress and obtain a set of structural parameters that make the flexspline lighter and stronger.
