摘    要:研究了分布式发电技术在延缓配电网升级中的作用,以多条出现线路过载的配电馈线为研究对象,同时采用分布式发电技术和传统的配电网重构技术消除所有馈线过载;建立了以所有馈线损耗最小为目标的函数并考虑线路容量约束、分散电源渗透功率约束和配电网孤岛运行约束等的扩容规划数学模型,该规划模型同时考虑了多年的负荷增长对线路过载的影响;采用混合粒子群优化算法(HPSO)进行模型求解,IEEE16节点3馈线测试系统的仿真结果表明模型和算法的可行性和有效性,对于分布式发电技术在电力系统中的应用具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:The role of distributed generation in the capacity upgrade deferral of distribution network was studied.Multiple distribution feeders which embody overloading branches were set as the research object,and technology portfolio of distributed generation and the traditional distribution network reconfiguration was utilized to eliminate the overloading.Mathematical model of capacity upgrade plan was proposed,which minimized the loss of all feeders as the objective function and considerd the constraints including branch capacity,penetration level of distributed generation,island operation,etc.The impact of load growth for many years was also taken into account in the proposed model.Hybrid particle swarm optimization(HPSO) was employed to solve the problem,and the proposed model and algorithm have been proved feasible and effective with the results of a three feeder sample distribution system.The main intention is to contribute to the development of methodologies that help understanding the role of distributed generation in a distribution system.
