| Abstract: | This paper studies the vertical chains of Chinese telecom industry,analyses the issue of telecom operators' vertical integration using the economic theory,then discusses the boundary of telecom operators' vertical integration,tabling a proposal on tapered integration and strategic alliance between telecom operators and other enterprises. |
