摘    要:以凹凸棒石(AT)为增强剂,将AT用γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷处理后,通过常规熔体共混方法制备了改性AT(PAT)/氯丁橡胶(CR)复合材料,研究了复合材料的各向异性。结果表明,PAT具有良好的增强效果,由于纳米纤维的取向,复合材料在纤维取向方向和垂直取向方向具有明显的力学性能各向异性;借助混合过程的机械剪切力,PAT解离成直径约为30 nm、长度约为500~800 nm的纳米纤维分散在CR中;随着PAT用量的增加,PAT在CR中易形成聚集体。

Abstract:As a reinforcing filler,attapulgite(AT) was modified using silane coupling agent and then directly blended with chloroprene rubber(CR) to prepare modified AT(PAT)/CR composites.The anisotropy of this composites were also studied.The results showed that PAT exhibited the better reinforcement to CR,and the composites showed evident anisotropy in mechanical properties in two different directions duo to the orientation of nanofibers.By mechanical shear force during mixing,PAT was separated into nanofibers with 500~800 nm in length and 30 nm in diameter in CR.As the loading(amount) of PAT increased more,some PAT particles tended to agglomerate.
