| 摘 要： | 探讨了管道防腐用热缩圆套的扩张工艺.在现有热缩材料的扩张方法基础上,对大口径热缩圆套的扩张,分析了预热温度、时间、扩张速度、辐照剂量等因素对扩张质量和效率的影响,摸索了一套最佳的工艺条件.

| Abstract: | The expansion process of heat-shrinkable sleeve was discussed. Based on the expansion process of available heat-shrinkable materials, the effects of several factors such as preheat temperature, preheat time, expansion velocity and radiation dose on the quality and efficiency of the expansion of large bore heat-shrinkable sleeve were analyzed, and an optimum process condition for the expansion was obtained. |
