摘    要:在水和正丙醇的混合溶剂体系中水解工业TiOSO4成功制备得到了球形TiO2,制得的二氧化钛具有粒径分布窄、分散性好的优点.对制备得到的TiO2进行XRD、SEM、FT-IR、EDS和TG分析,结果表明溶剂配比和表面活性剂的浓度对制备颗粒的粒径分布窄、分散性有非常大的影响.通过调节焙烧温度可得到纯度较高的不同晶型的TiO2.

Abstract:Spherical titania(TiO2) with narrow size distribution and nice dispersibility have been prepared by hydrolysis of industrial TiOSO4 in the mixed solvent of 1-propanol to de-ionized water (RH). The synthesized powder is characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), FT-infrared spectrum analysis (FTIR), energy dispersive spectrum analysis (EDS) and thermo-gravimetry analysis (TG).
