挤密桩结合灌注桩处理湿陷性黄土应用研究

摘    要:
在湿陷性黄土地区,仅靠地基处理往往难以满足高层建筑对承载力的要求,而采用桩基础,则需扣除桩侧负摩擦阻力,迫使增加桩长使成本大幅上升。本文结合工程实例,采用先挤密地基土,后施工混凝土灌注桩的方法处理湿陷性黄土,解决了上述矛盾。通过一系列试验和作者搜集的资料,表明该方法简单,经济,实用有效,在湿陷性黄土地区有广泛的工程应用前景。

Abstract:
In collapsible loess regions,it is difficult to satisfy the requirement of bearing capacity using ground treatment only.However,it should minus the negative skin friction if pile foundation is used and it will increase the length of the pile and the cost will be much larger.In this paper,the method that compact the foundation soil first then constructs the caisson pile is used.The conflict referred above is solved.The method proved simple,economical and effective through a series of tests and the information the author has collected.It has a comprehensive practical foreground in collapsible loess regions.
