一种有机发光二极管的电路仿真宏模型

摘    要:文章介绍了一种有机发光二极管的电路仿真宏模型及其元件参数数值的提取方法。该电路仿真宏模型不但表征了有机发光二极管的全固态多层结构,而且表征有机发光二极管发光的物理过程。同时还提出了采用交流阻抗法提取该有机发光二极管电路仿真宏模型的元件参数的方法。该有机发光二极管的电路仿真宏模型可用于有源二极管显示器的背板电路设计过程中,背板电路与有机发光二极管器件的联合电路功能仿真,从而实现更准确的背板电路性能评估。

Abstract:In this paper,an accurate macro mode of organic light emitting diode(OLED) is proposed and the model parameter extraction is implemented for active matrix OLED(AMOLED) display panel design.This macro model of OLED presents the solid multi-layer structure of OLED device,as well as the physical mechanism of OLED light procedure.AC impedance method is used to extract the elements parameter of this macro model.This macro model of OLED device is used for AMOLED display panel design in order to evaluate the performance of panel circuit accurately.
