摘    要:基于激光扫描检测技术和光栅位移检测技术 ,提出了一种用于曲臂轴线平行度误差非接触检测的激光扫描测量方法和激光扫描式平行度误差光电检测系统 ,本文论述了系统的组成和总体结构 ,对曲臂轴线平行度测量方法、系统测量原理进行了理论分析 ,并通过实验对检测系统的精度进行验证。结果表明该测量方法切实可行 ,系统测量精度优于 0 0 5mm ,重复性测量精度优于± 0 0 1mm。

Abstract:Based on laser scanned measuring technology and grating displacement measuring technology, a laser scanned measuring method and a laser scanned parallelism error optoelectronic measuring system are presented, which are used to non contact measurement of parallelism error for the bent arm axes. In this paper, the constitution and overall structure of the system are described. The parallelism measuring method of the bent arm axes is discussed and theoretically analyzed. The accuracy of the system is verified by experiments. The measuring accuracy of the system is superior to 0 05mm, its repeatability is superior to 0 01mm.
