矩形截面内喷式阴极展成电解加工平面的工艺试验

摘    要:采用矩形截面内喷式阴极进行展成电解加工平面的工艺试验,得到了阴极送进速度、工作电压、初始间隙与电解加工间隙和电解去除量之间的关系曲线,以及阴极送进速度和工作电压与加工表面粗糙度之间的关系曲线,并对试验结果进行了分析。

Abstract:In this paper, the experimental investigations were carried out in order to evaluate the influence of feed rate of tool-electrode, working voltage and initial gap size on machining accuracy and surface roughness in the electrochemical contour evolution machining plane by use of the new type of tool-electrode with rectangle section, and the experimental results were analyzed.
