摘    要:分析了钢铁企业搭建能源管理系统的原因。介绍了能源管理系统的硬件网络,阐述了数据库支持、能源管理与决策、系统备份的实现方式与方法。解释了软件平台系统,总结了能源管理系统的接口原则及接口方式,描述了与电力系统、动力系统、其他EMS需要实时监控系统、给排水系统、生产管理系统的接口方式。给出了在某钢铁企业的实际应用效果。

Abstract:This paper introduces the reason why the energy management system ( EMS ) is established in the iron and steel enterprise, it analyses the hardware network of EMS, expounds database support, energy management and decision making, and the form and method of the system backup, explains the software platform system, summarizes the interface prineiple and method, describes methods of interface with the electric power system, driving force system as well as real-time monitoring system, water supply and drainage system and production management system as required for EMS. Finally, actual application result achieved in an iron and steel enterprises is given.
