| 摘 要： | 针对耐热钢小径管再热裂纹检测的要求,为小型插销试样设计了一种锯齿螺旋缺口,利用断裂力学原理从理论分析和实际试验对这种缺口形式进行评价,证明这种缺口可以检测材料的再热裂纹敏感特性。

| Abstract: | In order to carring out implant test with thin wall components,a sawtooth screw shaped notch is machined on the sample.In this paper,evaluation on sawtooth screw shaped notch sample is performed by fracture mechanics and practice.It is proved that reheat crack property of material can be detected by implant test with such notch sample. |
