| Abstract: | According to the promise of Chinese government in multilateral negotiation for joining in WTO, that construction cost consultation businesses solely invested by foreign investors can be established in China 3 years after joining in WTO, i.e. after 2005, the paper elaborates the opportunities and challenges facing to cost engineers and discusses how to deal with the challenges form four aspects. |
