| Abstract: | The specific requirements for supervising a large information engineering project were introduced.The practical experiences of the authors about the supervision in recent years were presented.The method called "5 Controls,5 Management & 1 Communication" was introduced.It is suggested that the supervision activities should be standardized based on the actual engineering status. |
