| 摘 要： | 本文以针辊控制方式的改进为例，介绍了卷烟供丝中所应用的交流伺服控制系统的基本结构、伺服电机的工作特性及其性能优点。采用交流伺服驱动代替传统的机械式的凸轮传动机构，实现针辊电机与主电机的同步驱动。利用闭环控制技术，减小机组的传动误差，增强控制精度与稳定性。

The AC Servo-System drive is us ed instead of the traditional cam driving mode to keep the synchronization of th e pin-roller motor.The Closed loop control technique is used for reducing the tra nsmission error,increasing the precision and stability of the tobacco machine . |
