无底柱自然崩落法在镜铁山铁矿Ⅰ号破碎矿体中的应用

摘    要:镜铁山铁矿Ⅰ#破碎矿体开采技术条件很差,无法采用正常的无底柱分段用落法开采,残留了近百万吨矿石,严重影响了矿山的正常生产.在借鉴类似矿体开采成功经验的基础上,结合无底往分段崩落法和自然崩落法的优点,采用了无底柱自然崩落法开采该矿体,回收了大量的矿石,取得了较好的应用效果.

Abstract:Because of the mining technical condition of No. 1 broken ore-body of Jintieshan IronMine is not suitable to use normal sublevel caving without floor pillar method,about one million ton oreis not able to be mined,thus having an effect on the normal production of mine. Based on the successfulexperiences of similar orebody and combined with the advantages of sublevel caving without floor pillarmethod and natural caving method,the natural caving without floor pillar method is used,obtaining thefine effect.
