基于量子粒子群算法的测试数据自动生成算法

摘    要:本文针对现在流行的进化算法生成测试数据存在参数设置难、算法复杂度高、易陷入局部最优解等缺点,提出了一种应用于软件测试中的基于量子粒子群算法(QPSO)的测试数据自动生成算法。该算法是在粒子群(PSO)算法基础上引入量子理论的思想。解决了PSO算法搜索空间有限,容易陷入局部最优解的问题。通过具体实验证明,该方法是有效可行的,其效率也明显高于GA算法和PSO算法。

Abstract:In this paper a software testing applied to the quantum-based particle swarm optimization (QPSO) of au- tomatic test data generation algorithm was proposed, as now a popular evolutionary algorithms to generate test data ex- ist parameter settings is difficult, high complexity of the algorithm, easy to fall into local optimal solution and other shortcomings.The particle swarm algorithm (PSO) is introduced based on the ideas of quantum theory.PSO algorithm solve theproblem of search space limitation, easy to fall into local optimal solution of the problem. Specific experiments show that the method is feasible and effective, its efficiency is significantly higher than the GA algorithm and PSO al-- gorithm.
