高阶联想网络的容量分析

摘    要:分析了高阶联想神经网络如高阶Hopfield神经网络、高阶双向联想网络、分形神经网络、神经网络环及多向联想神经网络的存储容量,并给出了容量与阶数K和样本向量的概率之间的关系式。理论分析表明高阶神经网络的容量比常规的神经网络的容量要高许多。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the capacity of high order associative neural networks, such as high order Hopfield neural network. high order bidirectional associative memory neu- ral network, fractal neural network, neural network loop and nultiple directional neural net- work. The capacities versus order K and pattern vectors probability are given. Theoretical analysis shows that the high order neural networks have much higher capacities than the or-dinary neural networks.
