| 摘 要： | 研究了发动机装配线进行线平衡的基本思想及线平衡的前期基础工作，参照Thomopoulos的平衡搜寻法，以某公司的发动机装配线为例，提出了一种对有约束单一型发动机装配线平衡较实用的搜寻方法，阐明了如何对线平衡效果进行评估等内容。
