| 摘 要： | 智能变电站是变电站自动化技术发展的延伸，是信息采集、传输、处理、输出过程完全实现数字化的变电站。描述了智能变电站建设技术特征，从智能化一次设备、网络化二次设备、IEC61850标准通信网络、信息交互的差异、投资成本的优化等主要方面分析了智能变电站技术优势，探讨在满足安全稳定、可靠、经济运行条件下，智能变电站发展的前景。文中介绍了全光纤电流互感器独特的技术特性，尤其是IEC61850标准通信规约在电力行业中的实现，为不同制造商之间产品的互相通信奠定了基础。
