摘    要:蒸汽平衡是硫磺制酸装置余热回收系统设计的关键,其设计得合理与否直接影响到企业的经济效益.介绍了蒸汽平衡设计需要考虑的问题,如装置规模、全厂蒸汽来源与用户、蒸汽的用途及配套设施、低温热回收、辅助锅炉的设置、蒸汽参数的选择、蒸汽管网的确定,以及节能设备的利用、凝结水的回收等,并指出处理好这些问题的必要性

Abstract:Steam balance is the key for the design of waste heat recovery system in a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant.Its reasonable design has direct influence on the economic benefit of the enterprise.The issues to be considered during the steam balance design are outlined,such as the plant capacity,plant steam source and user,steam use and associated facility,low temperature heat recovery,provision of auxiliary boiler,selection of steam parameters,determination of steam pipe network,as well as utilization of energy-saving equipment,and recovery of condensate,and the necessity of properly solving these issues is pointed out.
