糯扎渡水电站农村移民安置

糯扎渡水电站水库淹没影响中,农业人口占绝大多数,设计水平年动迁移民46009人中,农业人口为43602人,占95％,农村移民安置是电站建设成败的关键。针对糯扎渡水电站水库淹没区特点,介绍了水库淹没和农村移民安置情况,分析了水库淹没对农村的影响和移民安置规划的可行性。

Rural resettlement of Nuozhadu Hydropower Station

The Nuozhadu hydropower station is the fifth step-hydropower station of "two reservoirs and eight hydropower stations" of the hydropower step-exploitation project in the downstream of the Lancangjiang river in Yunnan province, and the reservoir of Nuozhadu hydropower station is the greatest among them. Due to the influence of the reservoir inundation, most of the reservoir's resettler are the rural people, and there will have 46009 people need to be resettle till 2013, and 43602 of them are rural resettler, which is 95% of the total resettler, thus, the rural resettlement is eseential and tie to the success in the construction of the Nuozhadu hydropower station. This paper introduced the situation of rural resettlement, also analyzed the influence of reservoir inundation of the rural areas and the feasibility of the resettlement plan based on the characteristics of reservoir inundation.
