事件驱动的开发过程管理研究

新产品的开发周期越来越成为企业竞争力的重要指标。市场需求的快速变化要求企业必须不断重组其开发过程,开发过程管理和控制的难度增大。为了提高产品开发效率,缩短产品上市周期,必须建立高效的开发过程管理模型,确保产品开发全过程在受控状态下运行。因此,如何管理产品的开发过程,使其适应市场需求的快速变化是值得研究的重要问题。文章首先分析了现代产品开发过程的若干特点,介绍了事件驱动的过程链模型及其相关概念,建立了基于事件驱动的开发过程管理模型;工作流模型是实现过程管理和过程控制的有效工具,文章研究了过程链模型与工作流模型的映射规则,便于产品开发过程管理的实现;最后论述了开发过程模型的执行和验证过程。

Research on Event-driven Based Product Development Process Management

Development cycle for new product has become into important criterion of enterprise predominance.Rapid market change requires manufacturing enterprises to manage and reform their product development process effectively.In order to improve the development efficiency and shorten lead time,it is necessary to establish Development Process Model(DPM) so as to make the development process working order.So,it is worthwhile to study how to manage development process in order to meet the market changes.Firstly this paper reviews the characteristics of modern product development process,and proposes an event-driven PDP Chain(EPC) model.Formal representation of EPC is discussed.Workflow model is an effective tool for process management and process control,so this paper presents the mapping rules between process chain model and workflow.In virtue of these rules,EPC model can be translated into workflow model easily,and development process can be organized and managed effectively.Finally execution and validation of process model is discussed.
