| Abstract: | To solve the tropical phenomenon （ overtemperature） in the primary reformer tubes , based on the the primary reformer operation data ,analyze and discuss the phenomenon from these aspects ：thinning the pipe wall of the reformer ,the catalyst activity decreasing and catalyst coking ,etc . And take a series of optimization operation and charcoal treatment ,then the unit shut‐down is avoided and the unit long time stable operation is ensured . |
