摘    要:马钢遵循循环经济的理念,将四钢轧转炉渣作为熔剂加入烧结,合理地循环利用。烧结生产实践表明,配用四钢轧转炉渣后,烧结利用系数略有提高,烧结矿固体燃耗呈下降趋势,转鼓强度略有降低,烧结矿中磷质量分数有所增加。配用转炉渣可降低烧结原料成本,具有良好的经济效益、资源与环境效益。

Abstract:Following the concept of recycle economy,converter slag recovered from No.4 Steelmaking and Rolling Plant of Maanshan Steel was proportioned into sinter charge as a sintering flux.The results showed that sintering productivity increased slightly and fuel rate trended down.In addition,Tumbler Index decreased slightly and phosphorus content increased to a small extent.Thanks to the decrease of raw material cost,good economic benefit,resource reuse and environment improvement were achieved.
