| 摘 要： | 分析了水利工程开发建设项目水土流失的特点，阐述了水利工程施工临时占地防治区、弃渣场防治区、料场防治区的水土保持工程措施，以及弃渣场和料场防治区的植物措施，最后提出了水土保持工程组织保障措施，为水利工程开发建设项目实施水土保持提供指导。
