增强体颗粒预氧化对AlCuMgAg基复合材料强度与韧性影响

摘    要:预先对增强体颗粒进行表面氧化处理,然后采用压铸浸渗法制备了体积分数为50%的SiC颗粒增强AlCuMgAg基复合材料。通过力学性能测试与扫描电镜观察,研究了SiC颗粒表面氧化处理对复合材料抗拉强度与韧性的影响。结果表明,适度的预氧化可以提高基体与颗粒之间的界面结合强度,使复合材料抗拉强度得到提高,但其韧性稍有下降。

Abstract:50 vol. % SiCp/Al-5.3Cu-0.8Mg-0. 6Ag composites billets were fabricated by squeeze pressurized infiltration. The effect of the preoxidation of SiC particle reinforce on the mechanical properties of the Al-5.3Cu-0.8Mg-0.6Ag alloy has been investigated using mechanical properties testing and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It was found that the ultimate tensile strength of the composites can be improved as a result of the appropriate preoxidation of SiC particle, however the toughness will be fall some little .
