基于SolidWorks的计算机前面板注塑模校核与分析

摘    要:以计算机前面板注塑模具为例,介绍注塑模设计完成后对有关参数进行计算校核,用有限元模块COSMOS对模具中重要的零件进行校核和分析,用模拟仿真模块MoldflowXpress对不同位置的单浇口进行充型过程的模拟和分析,从而获得高预测质量的产品,降低生产成本,缩短了产品开发周期.

Abstract:Taking the injection plastic mold of the computer front panel as an example,it introduces the verfication of the injection after the mold has been finished designing,the verification and analysis of some important parts applying the analytical module COMOS and simulation and analysis of the different position gates using the simulative module MoldflowXpress.These will improve the products of high predicted quality,reduce the cost of production and shorten product development cycle.
