羊拉铜矿尾矿资源二次利用选矿试验研究

摘    要:羊拉铜矿尾矿中含铜0.22%、含铁15.31%,为了能够提高资源的综合利用率,现对该尾矿中的铜、铁进行二次回收利用。尾矿中铜主要以硫化铜矿物为主,铁主要以硅酸铁矿物为主,分布率高达58%,磁铁矿等强磁性矿物含量较低。因此,在保证经济和技术的条件下,试验采用了浮选—磁选联合流程对该尾矿中的铜铁资源进行再回收利用。最终采用浮选流程获得了铜品位为1.43%、回收率为30%左右的较好指标,为后续的工艺提供了原料。再对浮选尾矿进行一段弱磁选,得到铁品位为60.87%,回收率为6.47%的铁精矿产品,为企业增加了额外的经济效益。

Experimental study on reutilization of tailings from Yang la copper ores by beneficiation

Abstract:The tailings of Yang la copper ores containing 0.22% copper, iron 15.31% are tested to improve the comprehensive utilization of resources. Copper sulphide is the mainly copper mineral in the tailings and the mainly iron mineral is iron silicate mineral. The distribution rate of the iron silicate mineral reaches as high as 58%, magnetite and strong magnetic mineral content is low. Therefore, under the conditions of the economic and technical feasibility, the study adopts a combined process of flotation - magnetic separation to recycling and utilization the resources of copper and iron in the tailings. The final flotation process obtained a better indicator, which copper grade of 1.43%, and the recovery of about 30%, it provides the raw material for the follow-up process. For a period of weak magnetic separation and flotation tailings, Fe grade of 60.87%, the recovery rate was 6.47% iron concentrate product, adding additional economic benefits for the enterprise. Then the flotation tailings for a period of weak magnetic separation, and gets the iron ore concentrate products of Fe grade is 60.87%, the recovery is 6.47%, which adds the additional economic benefits for enterprises.
