The author gives out the rules of the supervision codes and method over the design supervision work,main tasks of the design supervision and main jobs of design supervision in all stages.He also demonstrates the design quality control starting from feasibility study,submitted material to the authorities,primary design,commander drawings,construction drawings and completion drawings for coal-fired power plants.The control on design investment(cost),design schedule,safety and "2-management and 1-coordination" are also described.A brief introduction about organization and practice for design supervision are illustrated.
