Abstract:TiO2 nanotube arrays were fabricated by anodic oxidation on the pure titanium,subsequently,the samples were fully dipped into copper nitrate solution in order to obtain Cu-doped TiO2 nanotube arrays.The Cu-doped TiO2 nanotube arrays were characterized using a field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and UV-vis diffuse reflectance absorption spectra(DRS)techniques.The research showed that the Cu-doped TiO2 nanotube arrays with 50-90 nm...
