八十年代国外大坝安全监测的进展

本文回顾了80年代国外大坝安全监测的进展概况,归纳了其发展特点,列举了有关的国际会议及出版物,反映了各国对安全监测的认识。文中着重阐述了近10年来坝基现测布置和性态分析成果,变形、渗流观测仪器和方法的改进,一些发达国家自动化观测系统的发展情况以及数学模型、反馈分析等技术的进步。最后指出了存在的问题及90年代的发展前景。

Foreign Progrese of Dam Safety Monitoring in the 80' s

This srrvey reviews foreign progress of monitoring on dam safeiy in the 80's,sums up their development characteristics,Lists related inter-national conferences and publications, and mirrors the recognition on satety monitoring of some countries. In this paper, observation arrangement of dam foundation and behaviour analysis results, improvements of instruments and methods of deformation and seepage,development of automatic ob-servalion system in some developed countries and technical progression of mathematical models and backfeed analysis in recently ten years are explained in particular.The existing problems and the further prospects in the 90's are pointed lastly.
