| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种基于FPGA技术并参照VXI总线规范，自行设计VXI接口电路的六位半位数字多用表模块的设计原理。文中就如何提高数字多用表模块的测试速度及准确度等问题进行了深入探讨，并就这些问题给出了具体的解决方法。
