真空隔热板在冷库隔热层的应用探讨

摘    要:
真空隔热板作为一种新型的7亩科技隔热材料,具有质量小、隔热性能极佳等优点。文章对真空隔热板应用于冷库隔热层进行了技术经济分析。结果表明,在冷库内外温差为55℃时,以真空隔热板和聚氨酯复合结构代替常规聚氨酯,每平米传热面积的隔热材料价格约增加56元人民币。以2000吨冻肉冷藏库为例,此时初投资费用约增加12.3万元。同时,冷库储藏容积可增加205m^3。随着真空隔热板价格的下降,其复合隔热对冷库的效益将逐渐显现。

Abstract:
The vacuum insulation panel (VIP) is a new heat insulation material with small quality and great heat insulation. The technical and economic analysis on applying VIP to the insulation structure of cold stores is conducted in this paper. The results show that the initial cost will increase 56 Yuan (RMB)/m2 under the temperature difference 55℃ when PU is replaced by VIP plus PU for heat insulation. In this case for a cold store with the capacity of 2000 tons for meat, the total initial cost will increase by 123 thousand Yuan (RMB). At the same time, the capacity of the cold store will increase 205m3. The benefits with VIP plus PU will appear in cold stores with the drop of VIP price.
