摘    要:电能表用电流互感器的性能直接影响到电能表计量的准确度。针对目前电能表用电磁式电流互感器易饱和、测量范围较小等问题,提出了一种基于印制电路板(PCB)型电子式电流互感器的多功能电能表的设计方案。首先对PCB型空心线圈的结构及原理进行了分析,设计了空心线圈与计量芯片间的接口电路,并通过试验数据表明互感器具有良好的性能,然后详细阐述了以三相高精度计量芯片ADE7758和高性能、低功耗H8单片机为核心的电能表的硬件设计,在此基础上简要说明了电能表的软件设计思路。所设计的电能表计量准确度高,功耗低,具有很强的实用性。

Abstract:The performance of the current transformer used for watt-hour meter directly affects the meter's measurement accuracy.In view of the issues existing in the present electromagnetic current transformer such as easy to saturation,smaller measurement range,etc,a design plan of multi-function watt-hour meter based on PCB electronic current transformer is proposed.First,the structure and principle of a PCB air core coil sensing unit are analyzed,the interface circuit between the air core coil sensing unit and the measurement IC is designed,and the test data show that the transformer has a good performance.Then,the meter's hardware is elaborated which uses the three-phase high-precision measurement IC ADE7758 and high-performance,low power-loss H8 microcontroller as the core.Based on this,the main idea of meter's software is briefly described.The meter with high measurement accuracy and low power-loss has good prospects for practical application.
