摘    要:激光自混合干涉(SMI)是新浮现的一种干涉测试技术,其利用出射激光束的一小部分光被外部物体反射或散射后馈回激光腔形成单光束自混合干涉,这种干涉信号携载被照射的物体的运动信息,可以用于振动、位移等参数的测量。本文基于该原理设计出对压电陶瓷(PZT)动态特性测量的装置。通过对圆柱形单层和叠片式PZT样品测试,结果表明,利用激光SMI测量PZT特性,实验装置结构简单,可以实现高精度适时检测PZT动态响应和滞回特性。

Abstract:Self-mixing interference(SMI) is a new emerging measurement technology.It refers to the phenomenon in which the emitted power of a semicondctor laser varies when a small fraction of the light is backscattered or reflectged by an exgternal target and re-enters the laser active cavity.Then the single beam self-mixing interference is formed.The self-mixing signal(SMS) carries the movement information of the external target and thus vibration and displacement can be retrieve from a SMS.In this paper,a measurement system based on SMI is designed for measuring the dynamic performance of PZT.The PZT specimens with clinder and stack types have been tested.The measurement results show the dynamic response and hysteresis of PZTs can be measured with a high accuracy by this SMI approach.
