摘    要:基于锁绳机构的静力学分析,讨论了锁芯和琵琶板的几何参数以及安装尺寸对摆臂式安全锁锁绳性能的影响.分析结果表明,锁芯夹槽所张圆心角越大,锁绳性能越好;琵琶板月牙孔的几何中心到销轴几何中心的距离以及琵琶板二月牙孔的几何中心之间的距离越大,锁绳性能越好;摆臂的旋转中心到工作钢丝绳出绳口的竖直距离以及到工作钢丝绳的水平距离越大,锁绳性能越好.

Abstract:Influence of dimension of groove of brake bars, corresponding driving plates with curve boundaries and installation on braking property are discussed based on the static analysis of safety mechanism. It is found that the larger central angle of groove of brake bars, the larger braking force becomes. And the longer horizontal distance from spin center of swayed arm to work rope and vertical distance from spin center of swayed arm to exit of work rope, the larger braking force becomes. In addition, thelongerdistancefromcenteroftheholewithcurvedboundaryofdrivingplateto its spin center and the distance between the two centers of the two holes with curved boundary of driving plate, the larger braking force becomes.
