| Abstract: | This paper introduces the architecture and function characteristics of a broadband network integrated management system (BIMS). This system supports real- time billing of all kinds of access systems and applications, and realizes new business model of account balance among network owner and service provider and content provider. The design of real- time billing engine of BIMS is discussed in the paper in detail. |
