| 摘 要： | 为合理选择煤矿安全管理评价指标体系,根据煤矿安全管理中存在的主要问题,在参考有关煤矿法律、法规、规程以及现场专家意见的基础上,建立了包含环境、设备、人员和信息安全管理等4个单元、23项指标的多因素多级评价指标体系.采用层次分析法确定了各层次指标的权重,并建立了煤矿安全管理多级综合评价模型.通过对西部某矿的评价研究表明,所建立的评价指标体系比较全面系统的包含了煤矿安全管理的主要内容,能够辨识其中存在的安全隐患;综合评价模型对于煤矿安全管理评价问题,具有科学、简便、实用性强的特点.
