氯离子对硝铵磷水溶液热安全性影响研究

摘    要:利用自制临界爆炸装置对80%硝铵磷水溶液的热安全性进行测试实验。结果表明,含氯离子硝铵磷水溶液比纯硝铵磷水溶液的临界爆炸温度要低;一定浓度的氯离子有促进硝铵磷水溶液爆炸的作用,硝铵磷水溶液的临界爆炸温度随氯离子浓度的增大呈先降低后升高的趋势。研究结果对使用硝铵磷生产复合肥安全生产具有重要指导意义。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of the concentration of chloride ion on the thermal stability of ammonium phosphate so- lution. The homemade critical explosive device is used to study the thermal safety of 80 % aqueous solution of ammonium ni- trate and phosphorus. The results showes that the critical explosion temperature of ammonium nitrate and phosphorus water so- lution containing chloride ions are lower than the critical explosion temperature of pure ammonium nitrate phosphate solution. The chloride ion concentration can promote the explosion effect of ammonium phosphate solution. The critical explosion tem- perature of ammonium nitrate and phosphorus in aqueous solution with chloride ion concentration increases at first and decrea- ses then increased. The result is significant to production of compound fertilizer by using ammonium phosphate production safe- ty.
