烟气脱硫喷淋塔实时仿真模型研究

摘    要:基于烟气湿法脱硫机理建立了喷淋塔内脱硫过程实时仿真模型。模型描述了脱硫效率与入口烟气二氧化硫浓度、喷淋浆液中二氧化硫浓度、烟气量、循环浆液量、钙硫摩尔比,浆液酸碱度(pH值)、操作压力、温度以及脱硫塔结构(截面积,吸收区高度等)的定量关系,并编制成算法。在Star-90/Windows2000一体化图形建模实时仿真支撑系统上,以某电厂600MW机组烟气脱硫喷淋塔为对象进行模型验证。在90%、75%与50%工况下仿真计算结果与实际运行值相比较偏差在1%以内,因此,模型具有较高的精度,为实现脱硫系统仿真奠定了基础。

Abstract:Based on the mechanism of wet flue gas desulphurization (FGD), the real-time simulation model of the process in the spray scrubber is built. The model gives the relationship of desulphurization efficiency with the concentration of SO2 in the inlet gas and the inlet circulating slurry, L/G, Ca/S, pH, operation pressure and temperature, and the structure, namely, cross area and height of absorb area. Computer program is made to identify the usefulness in the Star-90/Windows 2000, an integrated graphic modeling real-time simulation support software. The structure parameters and operation values were taken from some spray scrubber, installed in 600MW power plant in China. By the load of 90%, 75% and 50%, the comparison was done between the simulation values and the real operation ones. The result shows that the deviation is within 1% and the accuracy is good enough for simulation. The model laid a foundation for the whole process simulation of the Flue Gas Desulphurization.
